At Lo & Sons, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, including all tags and protective dust bags, and securely seal the box with the new label attached.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
